What do I need to start?

A product image is enough to generate your first set of visuals.

Who is Stilume for?

Stilume is built for small businesses and online sellers, creators and influencers, and marketing teams, agencies, and enterprise teams.

Can I get a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial at this time.

What makes Stilume different from a normal AI image generator?

Stilume is focused on product photography. It gives you visual control over product placement, scenes, and output style without requiring prompt engineering.

Are generated images high resolution?

Yes. Stilume is built for high-quality product visuals suitable for ecommerce, ads, and launch materials.

Do you use my uploads or generated images for training?

No. Your uploaded images and generated results are never used to train AI models.

Can I use the photos for my business?

Yes. You own the photos you generate and can use them for your business. See our Terms for details.

How do image credits work?

Every image generation uses credits based on the mode you select. Artistic mode is designed for creative, expressive results and costs 1 credit per generation. Precision mode is built for greater control and more exact outputs, and costs 10 credits per generation. You’ll always see the total credit cost before generation begins.

Do monthly subscription credits roll over?

No. Monthly subscription credits are valid only during your current billing cycle and reset automatically on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.

Can I purchase extra credits?

Not at the moment. We currently do not offer additional credit purchases. Pro plans include up to 1,000 image generations per month.

What happens when I use all my monthly credits?

Once your monthly credits are used, you can generate again when your credits reset on your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to Profile > Manage Billing. If you’re open to sharing feedback, we’d love to hear how we can improve.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the high cost of AI image generation, we’re unable to offer refunds. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the service is suitable for your needs and waive your right to request a refund. See our Terms for more information.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The monthly price shown on the pricing page is the subscription price for the plan.
