This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Stilume may be refunded and when they are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, credits, or any paid feature from Stilume, you agree to this Refund Policy.

General Rule

Except where required by applicable law, all payments made to Stilume are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • subscription fees
  • renewal charges
  • one-time purchases
  • credits
  • usage-based charges

Why Payments Are Generally Non-Refundable

Stilume provides immediate access to digital services and AI image generation features. Once the service is used, we incur processing, infrastructure, and third-party provider costs that cannot usually be reversed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing tools made available in the service.

If you cancel:

  • your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
  • cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or you believe a billing error occurred, contact us at support@stilume.com.

If we determine that a duplicate charge or billing mistake occurred, we will work to correct it, which may include issuing a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Exceptional Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund, credit, or account adjustment in limited exceptional situations. Any such decision is made case by case and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of Stilume after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the revised Refund Policy.
